Panorama currently operates as a collaborative community hub—similar to a nonprofit-centered coworking model—providing flexible office and meeting space for mission-driven organizations that may not have the resources to secure space of their own. In a region where commercial rents continue to rise, access to affordable, welcoming space can be one of the greatest barriers facing small nonprofits and community service groups. By offering shared offices, meeting rooms, and gathering areas, Panorama helps reduce overhead costs so organizations can focus more fully on serving the community.
