Our Partners
Lasting impact happens when organizations work together. Panorama’s community partners reflect a shared commitment to strengthening San Marcos and the surrounding communities through collaboration, trust, and aligned purpose. By sharing resources, expertise, and networks, we are able to go further together—expanding access, filling service gaps, and creating solutions that no single organization could accomplish alone.
Alcoholics Anonymous
Panorama also continues to serve as a consistent host site for multiple substance abuse recovery groups. These groups meet faithfully throughout the year—including during holidays that can be especially challenging—creating a steady circle of support. During the COVID-19 shutdown, meetings transitioned online, and when in-person gatherings resumed, nearly every group returned to what many call their “home.” Today, hundreds of individuals gather monthly through these recovery programs. As one participant shared, through its simple act of hosting, Panorama helps save lives.
Boy Scout Troop 651
In addition, Panorama host Boy Scout Troop 651 in San Marcos, supporting youth as they develop leadership skills, complete service projects, and advance to the rank of Eagle Scout as they prepare for engaged citizenship. The Center has also welcomed Girl Scout troops and advancement activities, further reinforcing its commitment to youth development and character building.
Foundation for Senior Wellbeing
Panorama was the launchpad for the Foundation for Senior Wellbeing, which merged with ElderHelp. Their dedicated volunteers supported older adults in navigating everyday needs while offering meaningful opportunities for social connection. Rather than requiring seniors to navigate complex phone systems or online portals alone, volunteers provided person-to-person guidance in a welcoming, trusted space.
Mosaic Theatricals
Panorama has also provided space for Mosaic Theatricals, a nonprofit arts organization advancing professional theatre, creative youth development, and regional workforce pathways. Through its partnership with California State University San Marcos (CSUSM), Mosaic launched Pathways to Purpose, a pilot workforce initiative that employs eight CSUSM students as paid apprentices—offering hands-on experience in arts administration, production, marketing, and community engagement. By supporting Mosaic’s presence, Panorama helps foster programs that bridge higher education and the creative economy, expand access to the arts, and create meaningful, paid opportunities for emerging leaders in North County.
PATH
Panorama has provided office space for PATH (People Assisting The Homeless) to support its North County case management team, strengthening local access to housing and stabilization services. Countywide, more than 9,900 individuals were identified as experiencing homelessness in the most recent Point-in-Time Count, with North County representing a meaningful portion of that population. Through its San Diego operations, PATH serves over 1,000 individuals annually with housing navigation, outreach, and intensive case management. By hosting PATH staff on-site, Panorama helps ensure that San Marcos and surrounding North County residents can connect with these critical services in a trusted, neighborhood-based setting—further advancing its longstanding commitment to filling gaps in community care.
